As the opposite party nos. 4, 5 and 6 in the application under Section 144(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure which was filed as M.P. Case No. 87 of 2024 before the learned Executive Magistrate were not party in the civil case being Misc. Appeal Case No. 05/2023 which is pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 2nd Court, Barrackpore, the order so passed on 05.01.2024 do not bind the office bearers of P.C. Chandra & Sons (India) Pvt. Ltd.

Accordingly, the order dated 05.01.2024 so far as it relates to the opposite party nos. 4, 5 and 6 are concerned, the same be stayed. The police authorities would cooperate with any complaint filed by the office bearers of P.C. Chandra & Sons (India) Pvt. Ltd., if they are faced with any problem until and unless there is a specific order from court of law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 569 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
