1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 13th February, 2024.

2. In the first line of first paragraph of order dated 13th February, 2024, the words 'Petitioner is in custody for 646 days' be read as 'Petitioner is in custody for 73 days'.

3. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.
