1. Report filed by the State is taken on record.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner's phone number might have been wrongly used by a third party.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the State strongly opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that in the name of giving dealership of a Paints company, money was taken from unsuspecting victims.

Upon investigation, it was found that some phone numbers and email Ids were used, especially for creating domains, etc. The recovery email for one such tainted email ID relates to the petitioner's phone number. The IP address and the domain name are also in the name of the petitioner.

4. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
