It is submitted by the petitioner that the matter has been settled out of court. The Matrimonial Suit out of which this revisional application arises has been dismissed for non-prosecution at the instance of the petitioner.

As nothing remains to be decided further in the revisional application, the same is also dismissed for non-prosecution.

The photo copy of the order passed in the Mat Suit 458 of 2012 as also the letters sent to the opposite party are taken on record.
