We have considered the materials on record. Bail prayer of coaccused was rejected in September, 2022 with a direction that trial be concluded at an early date preferably within one year from the next date fixed for recording evidence. The said time frame has not expired as yet. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

Trial be concluded in terms of the direction given by this court in CRM (NDPS) 1117 of 2022.
