Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays for relaxation of the conditions of bail granted on 12.03.2025. There are no progress report so far as the present petitioners are concerned.

Consequently, I direct that the petitioner, if he intends to leave the jurisdiction of Narkeldanga Police Station, he would seek the permission of the learned Trial Court who, on being subjectively satisfied, would exercise his discretion. So far as the other condition of meeting the Inspectorin-Charge, Narkeldanga Police Station once in a fortnight is concerned, the same be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall once in a month meet with the Officer-inCharge, Narkeldanga Police Station or any Officer deputed by him.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
