Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that inspite of direction by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2nd Court, Baruipur, 24 Parganas (South) in connection with TS 456/2023 wherein the learned civil court was pleased to direct the defendants not to dispossess the plaintiff from the schedule property without due course of law.

Inspite of the same the private respondents are interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of the property.

Be that as it may, learned advocate for the state is present and submits that the police authorities will obviously abide by the orders of court of law.

In view of the apprehension expressed by the petitioner, I direct that if there has not been any

variation, modification and the order dated 27.06.2023 is still in force and has not been set aside till date, the police authorities would respect and obey the order dated 27.06.2023 and ensure that the rights of the petitioner as has been directed by the civil court, is ensured.

Police authorities are further directed to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no untoward incident takes place.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3203 of 2024 is disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
