It appears from the report submitted by the learned Registrar, Judicial Service, High Court, Calcutta that the Court is no longer vacant and the Judicial Officer has joined in the said Court. On merits, the bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on earlier occasions. There is no change in circumstances that warrants a favourable order at this stage. Prayer for bail is considered and rejected.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner, learned trial Court is directed to take the proceeding to its logical conclusion as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law. The application for bail is disposed of.
