The learned advocate for the State has produced before us the case status report wherefrom it appears that on 12th March, 2021 the learned trial court acquitted the petitioner, namely, Md. Saddyam @ Saddam from the case under Section 235 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

As such, the present application of bail, being CRM 1424 of 2021, has become infructuous and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
