Counsel for the petitioner submits that his client is attending all hearings before the Enforcement Directorate, in response to notice under Section 50 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002. In that view of the matter, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition. If the petitioner apprehends any threat of arrest, he may avail appropriate remedies under the Cr. P.C., inter alia, under Section 438 thereof.
With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
There shall be no order as to costs.
