None appears for the private respondents despite service.

Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the property in question was gifted to the petitioners and they have been occupying the same. The private respondents are disturbing the peaceful possession of the petitioners in the property for which the petitioners, during the pendency of the writ petition have filed a civil suit against them, which is pending.

The petitioners apprehend breach of peace.

Learned counsel for the State submits that the dispute is purely civil in nature.

It appears that the dispute between the parties is civil in nature. The petitioners have taken recourse before the civil forum for redressal of their grievance.

In the meantime, the police authority shall maintain strict vigil over the area to avoid any untoward incident and ensure peace and tranquility.

With the above observation and directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
