1. Appeal is admitted.

2. Issue usual notices upon the respondent.

3. Call for records.

4. Within two weeks of receipt of notice of appeal, respondentaccused shall appear before the trial court and upon appearance he shall be released on bail to the satisfaction of the trial court till disposal of the appeal. In the event, he fails to do so, the learned trial court shall issue appropriate processes to ensure his attendance in accordance with law.

5. Paper books be prepared within eight weeks from the date of receipt of trial court record.
