JM, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas. I find that the case was originally instituted in the year 2010 and the present petitioner has been knocking the doors of the court for more than 13 years. Last of the ordersheets so enclosed in the revisional application reflects that dates have been fixed for framing of charge.

Having regard to the fact that the present complaint case is pending for a considerable period of time, I direct the ld. JM, Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to fix at least one date in a month for the purposes of the present case and complete the trial of the case within one year from the date of communication of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 572 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
