This application for bail has been filed suppressing that earlier the petitioner moved the application for bail being CRM 790 of 2020 and the said application was rejected. The applicant was one of the parties who had filed the application for similar reliefs. The first applicant was Sofiul Sk.. Apart from the fact that we do not find any change in circumstances at this stage. We shall take a different view. There is also suppression of the order dated 22nd January, 2020.

The application for bail, being CRM 1431 of 2021, accordingly, stands dismissed with cost assessed at Rs.5000/- to be deposited with the State Legal Services Authority. The said fund should be utilized for juvenile.
