It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that dispute between the neighbours regarding the fencing of a land led to lodging the present complaint.

The State produces the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the nature and gravity of the injuries suffered by the victim and involvement of the petitioners in the alleged crime and also as investigation is still in progress, we are not inclined in granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
