The learned counsel for the petitioner is not being represented.

It is submitted on behalf of the learned counsel for the opposite party that the present revisional application has become infructuous in view of the fact that the tenant/petitioner who has preferred this revisional application, has lost his case in this Court in the Second Appeal. Moreover, the eviction decree passed against the tenant/petitioner has already been executed with full satisfaction and, as such, nothing remains in this revisional application. In view of the above, the C.O. 385 of 2019 is dismissed for want of prosecution.
