The prayer of the petitioners in the writ petition is issuance of writ of mandamus upon the respondents directing them to release all annual incremental benefits under the revised pay and allowances in parity with other Class-IV staff of the Food Corporation of India with effect from 1st January, 2017 to 31st December, 2020. The report submitted by the respondent authorities disclose that such amount has been deposited in the individual bank accounts of the petitioners in terms of Circular No.WR-09-2019-11 dated 9th November, 2020 and the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed on 14th January, 2010.

This fact is admitted by the petitioners.

In view of the same, nothing further remains for adjudication in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, WPA 3098 of 2022 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
