Ms. Faria Hossain Ms. Baisali Basu ... for the State The report filed by the Inspector-in-Charge, Malbazar Police Station stated that the appellant No.1 i.e. Kshemesh Chandra Saha has expired on 05.03.1995, appellant No.2 i.e. Swapan Kumar Saha has expired on 07.01.2020 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The appellant No. 3 happens to be a company owned by late Jagabandhu Saha. Let the said report along with affidavit be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant appeal gets abated and accordingly disposed.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as learned trial court for due compliance.
