We have also considered the materials on record. The petitioners were involved in using forged documents in course of judicial proceedings before this Court. It is contended that investigation is complete and petitioners may be enlarged on bail.

In view of the daring nature of offence committed by the petitioners and as dates have been fixed for recording evidence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. (Ajay Kumar Gupta, J.) (Joymalya Bagchi, J.)
