Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that there are some technical defects in the writ petition besides the petitioners intend to challenge the constitutional validity of the Notification No. 1641-MD dated November 11, 2010 and for the said reason the petitioners want to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to file afresh on the selfsame cause of action.

As prayed for by Mr. Banerjee, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with leave to file afresh.
