From the report filed by the engineers of the Corporation signed on July 22, 2023 it appears that dates of demolition have been fixed in the month of August, for demolishing the unauthorized construction in terms of the order passed by this Court on July 4, 2023 in WPA 7911 of 2023.

As it appears that the subsequent writ petition filed by the petitioner has been disposed of by this Court granting relief to the petitioner, accordingly, no further order is required to be passed in the instant writ petition.

The Corporation is directed to take steps for demolition of the entire unauthorized construction. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Report filed by the engineers of the Corporation dated 22nd July, 2023 be kept with the records.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
