Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner was aggrieved by the manner in which the investigation of the case was progressing. This Court from time to time has passed directions.

Mr. Basu, learned advocate appearing for the State has produced the records of the case. This Court on perusal of the case diary confronted the learned advocate appearing for the State relating to why the investigation has not been taken to its logical conclusion to which it was replied that two issues have been left for consideration. One

relating to the tracing out of the persons who are evading the process of law and other relating to recovery of the amount complained of. The ACJM, Sealdah is keeping a close monitoring on the investigation.

I have also taken into account the case diary. Police authorities are presently working on specific two issues. As such no interference is made by this Court at this stage. It is directed that police authorities would oversee that within a reasonable period of time appropriate steps for report under section 173 Cr.P.C./section 193 BNSS be submitted before the jurisdictional court.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 3350 of 2025 is disposed of. Pending application is disposed of.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

Petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional Magistrate for necessary remedies sought for in the application.
