It is seen from the records of the case that the seizure was effected from the house of Sahin Sk @ Shine Sk. The recovery of 258 grams of brown sugar which is above commercial quantity thereby attracting the provision of Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act. The same being the position, we are not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner's prayer for bail is, thus, rejected. The application for bail, being CRM 1438 of 2021, is dismissed.
