The writ petition is heard in terms of the order dated 21st March, 2024, when the learned advocate representing the petitioner admits that a door has been locked at the common pathway in between the petitioner and private respondent, which obstructed the parties to use pathway. However, it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that within seven (07) days from date the said obstruction which has been put up by locking the door will be removed.

The petitioner is directed to remove the obstruction being created by locking the door by seven (07) days from date and thereafter the Executive Officer, Kandi Municipality shall

inspect the spot once again within 10 days thereafter upon putting the parties to this writ petition on notice and to submit another report on the next date of hearing.

List the matter under the same heading for further consideration on 2nd May, 2024.
