Mr. Aviroop Bhattacharya ......for the petitioners Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a letter dated 20.02.2025 wherein it shows that the bank has debited Rs. 5,49,140/- from the petitioner's freezed account on 19.02.2025 for remittance of the fund to the R.P.F. Commissioner.

Learned counsel for the R.P.F. Commissioner submits that till date no such fund has been credited to the account of the R.P.F. Commissioner.

Considering the said letter and the status of the account, it is directed that the amount debited shall be adjusted according to this Court's order dated 19.02.2025 by the R.P.F. Authorities and the bank is also directed to act as per the order dated 19.02.2025. [Shampa Dutt (Paul). J]
