Mr. Swapan Banerjee, Ms. Purnima Ghosh .....for the State The present revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings as also the order passed by the Learned jurisdictional Court on 10.9.2012.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State submits status report. Let the same be kept with the record. It has been submitted that the present petitioner has been shown as absconder before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Murshidabad and his case has been "filed for present". The case was thereafter transferred to the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court, Berhampore, Murshidabad on 9.4.2009 for disposal. Dates have been fixed before the learned Trial Court on 17.8.2023 for evidence.

Having regard to the change of circumstances, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 146 of 2013 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. ( Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
