It is submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. He prays for bail. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record.

There are ample materials connecting the petitioner with the murder. Bail prayer of the co-accused was rejected earlier. Hence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
