The learned Counsel for the petitioner has candidly submitted that this is a second application for bail and the earlier application for bail was rejected by a Coordinate Bench on 19th October, 2020. We have perused the order dated 19th October, 2020 as well as the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. In view of the fact that there has been no change in circumstances, we are not inclined to allow this application for bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner's prayer for bail is, thus, rejected. However, we request the learned Trial Judge to expedite the trial.

The application for bail, being CRM 1441 of 2021, is disposed of.
