The '14a' Paragraph of the judgment dated 2nd May, 2025 should be added 'the appellants/claimants are also entitled to interest at the rate of 6% per annum on the tribunal award i.e. Rs.52,16,708/- from the date of filing of claim application i.e. 15.09.2017 to 06.01.2023'.

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 02.05.2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
