Ms. Kavita Rani, Ms. Sanchayita Das ....for the petitioners Mr. Sayan Ganguly ...for the State (in WPA 3107 of 2022) Mr. Debajyoti Deb, Ms. Somdyuti Parekh ....for the respondent nos. 3, 4 and 5 The petitioners complain that the private respondents are disturbing possession of their property.

The private respondents are represented today.

The police submit that they have not received any formal complaint from the petitioners.

The Joynagar Police Station, Baruipur Police District has submitted a report dated 11.04.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears from the report that T.S. No. 22 of 2021 has been filed before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Division), 3rd Court at Baruipur against the

petitioners. The Civil Court has ordered status quo in the said suit.

The Joynagar Police Station shall strictly enforce the order of status quo and shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, both the writ petitions shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
