Samanta, Purba Medinipur DD CID West Bengal and submits that after completion of investigation of this case, the final report as Mistake of Fact (FRMF) vide Bhabanipur PS FRMF No. 02/2023 dated 04.01.2023 was submitted as no evidence could be collected against FIR named accused Asish Lahiri.

In this circumstances, I do not find any reason to proceed with this revisional application further as

proceeding ended with Final Report (FRMF).

With the aforesaid observation, the revisional application stands disposed of.

Pending applications if there be any, also stand disposed of.
