Learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to correct the word 'Section 266' appearing in Prayer (a) to 'Section 233'. Leave is granted.

The present writ petition has been filed by the Petitioner seeking demolition of the illegal structure raised on the plot RS/LR Dag no. 196 in the L.R. Khatian No. 2868 at Mouza - Noapara, J.L. No. 11, P.S. Newtown, Holding No. R.G.M. 1041 (Old & 8/M/1041 NEW), ward no. 12 of Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation. It is the case of the petitioner that illegal unauthorized construction is being raised on the said plot. He had made a representation before the respondent authority on 23.12.2024.

It is contended by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that neither he has been granted an opportunity of

hearing nor any decision has been taken on his pending representation by the authority concerned. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Respondent nos. 2 and 3 appears for the municipality and states that they shall decide the Petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2024 within a period of four weeks after granting opportunity of personal hearing of all interested parties as per available records.

In view of the submission made by the learned Counsel for the respondent nos. 2 and 3, the petitioner does not wish to press the present writ petition. 5.

The present writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.

There shall be no order as to costs.
