JM, 1st Court, Barrackpore in Misc. Case No. 176 of 2021.

Ld. advocate submits that six dates have been fixed and, till date, the evidence of the lady/petitioner, who is being examined as first witness, has not be completed. Next date has been fixed on 3rd of May, 2024 for crossexamination. Having considered the plight so expressed by the petitioner, I direct the ld. Magistrate to fix at least one date in a month for the purposes of the present case and complete the cross-examination of the opposite parties within sixty days from 3rd of May, 2024. Ld. Magistrate would thereafter fix one date in every 45 days so that the

trial of the case can be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 573 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is also disposed of. Parties to act on a server copy of this order duly collected from the official website of the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.
