Learned advocate for the petitioners is present. 2.

The instant contempt petition has been filed alleging the willful violation of the order dated 27.04.2023 as passed in WPA 2436 of 2020 by the alleged contemnor no. 1, Dibyandu Lal Bhattacharya, the present Estate Manager, Kalyani, Urban Development Department, Government of West Bengal, D.C.

Building, Kalyani, Nadia, 741235.

It reveals that after passing of the aforementioned order, the petitioners of WPA 2436 of 2020 have made several communications but in vain and on the contrary, by issuing Memo No. 896/B-12/42(H) dated 14.07.2023, the alleged contemnor/respondent no. 1 has asked the petitioners to appear before him on 27.07.2023 at 4.00 p.m. for hearing.

On perusal of the entire materials as placed before this Court, this Court is satisfied that a prima facie case has been made out as against the aforementioned alleged contemnor no. 1 by the petitioners.

Accordingly, the petitioners are directed to serve a notice along with a copy of the instant contempt petition together with a server copy of this order upon the alleged contemnor no.

1, Dibyandu Lal Bhattacharya, the present Estate Manager, Kalyani, Urban Development Department, Government of West Bengal, D.C. Building, Kalyani, Nadia, 741235 under Speed Post with A/D and to file affidavit-ofservice on the next date of listing. 6.

Let the matter be listed on February 6, 2024 under the heading "Application".
