...for the State In Re: CRAN 1 of 2021 We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the brother of the petitioner is suffering from Brain Tumor. His brother will be treated at All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi and his appointment has been made for his treatment with a Doctor on 21st September, 2021. In such conspectus, the learned lawyer seeks relaxation of the conditions of bail. After hearing the learned Advocates for the parties and considering the medical papers annexed to this application, we are inclined to relax the conditions as under:

The petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a fortnight from 1st October, 2021 till filing of the charge-sheet. All other conditions shall remain unaltered.
