Mr. Ankan Das, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, since the unauthorized construction as alleged by the petitioner and the encroachment thereupon has already been demolished, this writ petition has become infructuous.

Mr. Chandi Charan De, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the respondents State. None appears for the private respondents, despite notice.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 3456 of 2025 stands dismissed as infructuous. Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished expeditiously.
