Present petition has been filed challenging the order dated 29th January, 2026 whereby warrant have been issued against the petitioner.

Learned counsel submits that the warrant have been issued despite the fact that vide order dated 4th November, 2025 an year was given for the appellant of arrear maintenance. However, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned Judge, Family Court, Asansol Sadar, Paschim Bardhaman.

Liberty is granted.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
