Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits allegation of cohabitation and marriage is false. There was free mixing between the petitioner and a married lady.
Subsequently he had been falsely implicated. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. In her statement it is alleged there was intimacy between them. Petitioner had blackmailed her threatening he would uploaded her objectionable videos and had entered into marriage. No objectionable video is placed on record. Under such Signed By :

circumstances custodial interrogation is not necessary but petitioner requires to co-operate with investigation and hand over his mobile phone for forensic examination. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on further condition that he shall meet the investigating officer once in a week until further orders and hand over his mobile phone for forensic examination. He shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
