For the State Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the incident of village rivalry.
Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
We have perused the case diary.
Considering the nature of injury, as revealed from the case diary, which does not prima facie appear to be grievous in nature and having regard to the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the alleged offence we are of the view that further custodial interrogation of the petitioner may not be necessary. In view thereof, the petitioner will be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer. The petitioner shall also comply with the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
The petitioner shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week.
The aforesaid observations are prima facie in nature. CRM 1447 of 2021 is thus disposed of.
