Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner has approached this Court as the investigation of Joynagar P.S. Case No. 291 of 2023 dated 12.07.2023 and Joynagar P.S. Case No. 345 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023 was not to the expectation of the petitioner.

State has submitted a report which reflects that investigation of both the aforesaid cases has already been concluded.

Having considered that the investigation has been concluded, petitioner, if he is aggrieved by the investigation, would approach the jurisdictional Magistrate with necessary prayers.

Learned Magistrate would under the circumstances assess and ascertain regarding the plight of the petitioner and thereafter pass necessary directions as he deems fit and proper.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 3232 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
