Petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that they had taken gold loan and subsequently they found that their account have been frozen. Petitioners pray for defreezing of the gold loan account.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that Balurghat P.S. Case No.454 of 2011 dated 12.09.2011 was registered for investigation. It has been contended that the petitioner no.2 is absconding.

Charge-sheet has already been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

Having considered the time frame which has passed in the meantime, I am of the view that if the petitioners have any issues to address, petitioners would approach the jurisdictional court which is in

seisin of the case being Balurghat P.S. Case No.454 of 2011.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 3493 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
