Singh ..for respondent nos. 6 and 7 It is the case of the petitioner that his land is being excavated by respondent nos. 6 and 7 though he is the lawful owner of the said land. The petitioner alleges police inaction to protect his life and property. The State filed a report. From the report, it appears that a spot inquiry was carried out on January 30, 2024 in presence of the co-owners of the relevant plot and it was found that the petitioner is not the owner in respect of the relevant land.

I am not inclined to adjudicate a civil dispute. Accordingly, this writ petition is not entertained. The petitioner will be at liberty to approach appropriate forum to ventilate his grievance. Accordingly, WPA 3230 of 2024 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
