Pleader Ms. Saswati Chatterjee ..for the State Mr. Sanjay Saha Mr. Raju Mondal ...for WBMDTC The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in the case on hand no rectified lease deed was executed and registered. He draws the attention of the Court to paragraph 1 of the judgement dated 27th March, 2026 wherein it was recorded that rectified lease deed was thereafter executed and registered and the mining plan was approved. He submits that though the mining plan was approved but no rectified lease deed was executed and registered. He further submits that in paragraph 2 of the said judgement the number of the writ petition was wrongly recorded as "WPA 9665 of 2025" instead of "WPA 27172 of 2025". The aforesaid errors be rectified.

This order shall form part of the judgement dated 27th March, 2026.

Other portion of the judgement dated 27th March, 2026 shall remain unaltered.
