Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there was a free fight. Both the parties suffered injuries. He prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and submits victim had suffered eye injury. 3.

We have considered the materials on record. Due to assault victim suffered eye injury. Medical papers support the ocular statement showing involvement of the petitioner in the assault. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
