1. A report filed by the State-respondent be kept on record.

2. Learned counsel for the State-respondent submits that in fact, upon calculation, it has been ascertained that the petitioner is entitled to more than the amount claimed by the petitioner in respect of professional fees. The sum has been quantified as Rs.4,93,650/- in the report.

3. In view of the fair stand taken by the Staterespondent, keeping the report on record, WPA No. 3210 of 2023 is disposed of by directing the State-respondent to disburse the said amount of outstanding professional fees to the petitioner to the tune of Rs.4,93,650/- within a month from date.

4. There will be no order as to costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
