Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. It shows hospitalization and grievous injury. Statement of witness implicates the petitioner as the person who assaulted the victim causing such injury. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
