Learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 1st March, 2022 issued by the Officer-in-Charge, Jadavpur Police Station addressed to the learned Government Pleader and the same is taken on record.

It appears from the report that on the complaint of the petitioner FIR was registered. Investigation has been completed and charge sheet No.27 dated 26th January, 2022 has been filed.

Likewise, on the complaint of the respondent No.5 against the petitioner, FIR was registered and charge sheet No.21 dated 21st January, 2022 has been filed. 4.

In that view of the matter, this Court finds no inaction on the part of the Jadavpur Police.

Jadavpur Police shall, however, ensure that there is absolutely no breach of peace in the area and shall maintain strict vigil on the said premises.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
