It appears that the instant revisional application was filed under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure challenging the order dated 9th September, 1992 passed by the learned 5th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta in connection with Title Suit No. 974 of 1992. It further appears that CR being no. 348 of 1993 was dismissed for default by passing an order of this Court dated 25.02.2019.

This revisional application is pending since the year 1992 and as such there is no justification to keep this revisional application pending in the list. Accordingly, being C.O. 2705 of 1992 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
