Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the progress of Special Case No.1/2021 arising out of Bolpur P.S. Case No.106 of 2020 dated 07.04.2020 which is pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Suri, Birbhum.

Records reflect that the next schedule of dates have been fixed in the first week of May, 2024 and the learned trial court has referred for examination of CSW 7 to 15.

Having regard to the fact that the case was initiated in the year 2020 and the prosecution has already examined five witnesses but 16 more witnesses are yet to be examined, learned trial court is directed to fix the next schedule after the month of May, 2024 within a period of 60 days. Thereafter, the learned trial court will continue such schedule of three dates on each and every 60 days and take the trial to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. Learned public prosecutor conducting

the case would produce all the materials, documents and exhibits on the date so fixed for examination of the witnesses' concerned. All stakeholders would cooperate with the trial court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 577 of 2024 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
