Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. There was prolonged power cut in the locality. A commotion ensued. Petitioners have been falsely implicated. Though the case was registered in 2023, no overt act is attributed to the petitioners and it is contended that they were available at their residences and not arrested.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., 1) Sadikul Sk. and 2) Sk.Aktarul be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
